Located about 10 minutes by car from the beach of Sant Pere Pescador or l'Escala. Visiting towns Empuriabrava, also called Little Venice for the many canals and Cadaques.

DISTRIBUTION :
Ground floor: hall, toilet, living-dining room with access to the terrace, fully equipped integrated kitchen (coffee maker, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher), two double bedrooms and a complete bathroom with shower.
First floor: a bedroom with a trundle bed and a complete bathroom with shower.
It has a terrace and a private garden, where children can play. From the garden we access the community pool of 5 (width) x 13 (length) x 2 (depth) meters

PRICES :
* Weekly rentals and prices according to the chosen dates.
* Sheets and towels fee €20 per person per stay (optional).
* Final cleaning fee €150.
* Taxes on stays in tourist establishments, which correspond to 1,-€ per person (over 16 years of age) and per night, with a maximum of seven nights.
