First floor : Living room / dining room, fully equipped kitchen with fire place (coffee machine, microwave, oven, fridge freezer), 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 bathroom with separate shower.
Second floor : 2 Double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and the terrace.

Cosy three floor townhouse in the old part of Sant Pere Pescador. Previleged situation and very central. Terrace with panoramic views. The house has oil central heating. Only 2 km from the beach.
At any time of year there is plenty to do in this rural area dotted with medieval villages: markets to visit, local festivals, Roman ruins, churches and monasteries to see, great walks, bird sanctuary, sporting activities of all kinds. The whole area has mapped cycle routes and walking routes.
Closer by is the Aiguamolls de l'Empordà Natural Park, a large nature reserve and bird sanctuary. An attractive place to visit all year round, the park is home to an impressive colony of storks and dramatic flamingos. It is a favorite of family groups as well as serious birdwathchers and is visited by a long list of birds, including hoopoes, buntings, lapwings, finches, and water birds such as ducks, geese, grebes, herons, divers, teal, spoonbills ...

Weekly rentals from 400€ to 700€ depending on dates.
Charges for the sheetd and towels 15€ per person per stay (optional)
Charges for final clean 160€
Tourist tax payable for your stay equates to 1€ per person per night (over 16 years only) payable for a maximum of 7 nights.
Deposit of 300€ wich is refundable after your stay if there have been no damage/breakages.
25% Deposit payment required by bank transfer to confirm the reservation and the balance is due 2 months before the start of your holiday. |
