Family bungalow, totally renovated 5 years ago. Although it is in a tourist urbanisation it is in an area that is quiet and central, on a street where there is very little traffic. Only 500 mtrs from shopping area and the beach of Empuriabrava.

Entrance hall, living room/dining room with satellite T.V. Fully equipped American style kitchen (microwave, oven, coffee machine, dish washer, washing machine and fridge freezer). Three double bedrooms and one bathroom with shower. Large garden, perfect for children, and an 8x4 mtrs swimming pol. The house is fully fenced.

Costa Brava or the wild coast has an irregular shaped coastline, with small pretty towns, bays, and sandy beaches, often interrupted by cliffs. Beautiful interior landscapes, traditional small villages, and interesting towns with museums and markets offer you a full variety of corners and events to enjoy and relax along your holidays.
The Costa Brava, is very popular. The beautiful surroundings with small bays and large beaches are inviting. One of the few places in Spain where one can enjoy green surroundings with many pines and oak trees. In less than 30 minutes drive you will find the old town of Pals and in 45 minutes you will reach Palafrugell or Begur, typical Spanish villages, where you can shop for hours and where you can enjoy a drink on one of the old village squares.

Weekly rentals from 700€ to 1.600€ depending on dates.
Charges for the sheetd and towels 15€ per person per stay (optional)
Charges for final clean 180€
Tourist tax payable for your stay equates to 1€ per person per night (over 16 years only) payable for a maximum of 7 nights.
Deposit of 450€ wich is refundable after your stay if there have been no damage/breakages.
25% Deposit payment required by bank transfer to confirm the reservation and the balance is due 2 months before the start of your holiday. |
